and challenging vacancy – REGULATORY AFFAIRS/LABELLING
SPECIALIST
The ideal candidate will be a proven Regulatory Affairs/Labelling
Specialist who can bring a new perspective to further build our
expertise in this strategic area.
Key responsibilities
• Play a key role in driving and developing the regulatory
affairs strategy by proactively anticipating and responding to
changes in the regulatory environment.
• To be the company contact for regulatory affairs internally
and externally by building and maintaining internal and external
relations, anticipating & reporting on emerging legal/nutrition
issues.
• Constantly monitoring and interpreting EU/International
Food Legislation to ensure product compliance.
• Managing communication of changes in legislation.
• Liaise with International representatives and UK enforcement
authorities.
• Liaise with colleagues as appropriate to ensure consistency
and compliance of product labelling.
• Review labels for completeness, consistency and accuracy
of proposed changes.
Requirements
• Minimum degree, with 3 – 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent proof reading/editing skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Self motivation, enthusiastic with a drive to succeed.
