What are the advantages of Homecare for you?

Safe and reliable product supply - you will receive the correct product, the right flavour and correct prescribed amount each month.

 

Prescription ordering service - if you wish you will no longer need to organise and pick up a monthly prescription for your Vitaflo products from your GP, Homecare will do it for you. If you are eligible for prescription charges these will still apply.

 

Dedicated Homecare team
  • You will have your own Homecare coordinator who will liaise with you each month about delivery of your product and answer any questions you may have.
  • They will work closely with your hospital and dietitian to help provide all the support you need.
 
Extended opening hours
  • A Freephone helpline is available from 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings 9am - 12pm to answer any queries on product deliveries.
 
Flexible delivery service
  • Flexible deliveries to meet your needs whether to your home; place of work or another chosen address.
  • Deliveries are between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
  • A delivery will be made every 4 weeks
  • Delivery will be on an agreed day and agreed location.
  • The driver will be uniformed, wear an ID tag and is police checked.
