Vitaflo International Ltd is dedicated to making sure the ordering process both simple and convenient with the time between placing an order and the delivery of goods as short as possible. The information on this page is intended for UK & Ireland customers only. To place an order

You can place an order by:

  • Telephone (0151 709 9020) or
  • Fax (0151 709 9727)

Our working hours are 9am-5pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am-4pm (Friday).

Processing your order

If we receive your order before 12.30pm on a week day, we aim to process it that day and have it despatched that night. All orders placed after 12.30pm on a week day will not be processed until the following day. Standard delivery does not include delivery on weekends. If goods are required on a weekend or at another time, special arrangements can be made.

To change or cancel an order

You can either contact us by telephone or fax if you wish to change or cancel an order. If your order has been despatched, please refer to the Returns and Refunds section.

Stock Availability

We try to ensure that we have adequate stock availability of all products; however, some items may sell faster than we predict. If the item ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible. If the item is unavailable for a substantial length of time we will cancel your order and let you know by telephone.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are normally despatched by Business Post and two delivery services are available:

  • 24hr (£8.20 plus VAT)
  • 48hr (£6.75 plus VAT)

  

If delivery is required outside of normal working hours then special arrangements can be made to ensure the goods are delivered.

Note: For hospitals and wholesalers different rules apply.         

Returns and Refunds

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact Vitaflo International Ltd and we can arrange, as appropriate, either a goods exchange or refund. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of your receiving the goods.

If you receive any product that is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability) once we have received return of the damaged product. If your product is lost during shipment we will send you a replacement (depending on product availability) once we have waited for the maximum delivery time to expire. All replacement items for lost / damaged products will be shipped at our cost.

If you are to receive a credit, this will be processed within 5 working days of our receipt of the goods. In order to aid in the return process, please keep the original shipping package.

Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of Vitaflo International Ltd. If you change your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. Vitaflo International Ltd reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.

Prices and Tax charges

All our prices are in sterling (GBP) and all goods are exempt from VAT.
